About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health Surbiton FWC. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our wet facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors
  • Monitor and maintain the safety of our swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of safety procedures and protocols

What We Offer

As a Lifeguard at Nuffield Health, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to provide ongoing training records. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
