Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health Surbiton FWC. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our swimming pool facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
- Monitor and maintain the safety of our swimming pool facilities, including the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safety procedures and protocols.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.25, as well as a range of benefits, including holiday pay in line with the Working Time Directive, access to our Pension Scheme, and discounted gym membership at £15.00 a month.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to provide ongoing training records. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
