About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Minster. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, assisting with loading and unloading vehicles, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular stock counts
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, using a forklift where necessary
  • Pick items to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in the appropriate area
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product lines and services to provide exceptional customer interactions
  • Build strong relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean and tidy, providing a positive first impression for customers
  • Prioritize health and safety, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
