As a Warehouse Assistant at Minster, you will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, assisting in the loading and unloading of vehicles, and picking items to fulfill customer orders.

You will also be responsible for checking incoming stock deliveries, putting away items in the appropriate area, and getting to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions.

Additionally, you will develop great relationships with new and existing customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, and keep the branch looking clean and tidy to make a great first impression on our customers.

Requirements
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Counter Balance Forklift Licence
  • Previous Warehouse experience working with Construction Materials
  • A great team player; ready to support colleagues and customers when needed
  • A confident communicator, both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Previous forklift experience, although training will be provided
