About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve branch performance targets and maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
  • Assist with health and safety compliance and lead by example in a small team environment.
  • Provide cover for the Branch Manager in their absence and contribute to the development of the branch team.
Requirements
  • A friendly and welcoming attitude, with energy and passion to deliver excellent customer service.
  • A full valid driving license and a forklift truck license (training provided).
  • Good organisational skills and IT literacy, with experience in a trade counter environment preferred but not essential.
