Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Window Store. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales and profitability objectives
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless delivery and dispatch processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and customer service experience in a trade counter environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving license
