We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Window Store.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer and supplier of PVC windows, doors, and fascia systems, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in achieving sales objectives, driving profitability, and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Branch Manager in achieving sales objectives and driving profitability
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Managing cash, banking, and payment schemes in accordance with company procedures and policies
  • Liaising with suppliers, merchandisers, and other partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Reporting information on costs, sales, and business performance
  • Managing daily delivery and dispatch processes and ensuring correct routing
  • Ensuring invoices, sales orders, and credit notes are entered onto the system within a set timeframe
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards in line with current legislation
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the branch

Key qualifications and experiences include:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and organisational skills
  • A firm understanding of what makes for a superior customer experience
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • PC literate
  • Previous sales experience in a branch (Trade Counter) environment would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience within the UPVC window, cellular, and composite door or wider construction industries would be an advantage
  • A full UK driving licence is required
