**Senior Marketing Executive Opportunity**

At Connells Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Marketing with department oversight and strategy while taking the lead in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Marketing Strategy and Execution:** Bring to life the marketing strategies developed by the Head of Marketing, contributing to strategic direction with insights and data analysis, and ensuring seamless execution across digital channels and events.
  • **Campaign Planning and Execution:** Take full ownership of planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with our broader strategy and objectives.
  • **Content Strategy and Management:** Oversee content creation and distribution to ensure it aligns with strategic goals and engages our target audience.
  • **Digital Marketing Initiatives:** Lead the execution of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, broker support, product development, and compliance teams to ensure our marketing efforts are fully integrated.
  • **Vendor and Agency Management:** Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring our marketing initiatives are executed to the highest standard.
  • **Performance Reporting:** Regularly report on marketing performance, campaign results, and key metrics to keep the Head of Marketing and wider team informed.

**About You:**

  • You have a strong background in marketing, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • You have experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including content creation and digital marketing initiatives.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
