We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Compa Technologies, Inc. as a Clinical Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the utilization of our installed Surgical Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to drive utilization of our Surgical System, working closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to achieve sales goals.
- Support Sales and Marketing Events: Participate in regional sales and marketing events to create awareness and adoption of our Surgical System among healthcare professionals.
- Expand User Base: Collaborate with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel, interacting with C-level, senior hospital staff, and KOLs as needed.
- Provide Training and Support: Lead surgical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operations, OR integration, and Surgical System applications.
- Manage Administrative Tasks: Responsible for administrative tasks, including reporting of sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in support and training in the medical device industry or minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.
- Skills: Successful experience as sales support or successful experience in sales, with fluency in English and local language as required.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution.
