Corporate Benefits Specialist, Financial Planning Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Benefits Consultant, Financial Planning to join our successful Financial Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will specialize in managing a portfolio of business owners, companies, and employers regarding their workplace provisions.
Key Responsibilities- Actively involved in business development activities, working closely with the LLP Payroll and Business Services departments to enable development of clients' holistic needs.
- Manage all levels of workplace requirements, including employee pension schemes, auto enrolment, group death in service, and income protection.
- Provide high-quality advice and service to clients, with a commercial focus and experience in a fee-based environment.
- Meet regulatory aspects of the role, providing compliant advice and reports.
- Develop a sound knowledge of workplace pensions, auto enrolment, and group DIS.
- Nurture a love of networking to develop the business and team.
