Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective workplace pension schemes, auto-enrolment, and group death in service policies
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to clients, ensuring their holistic needs are met
  • Collaborate with the LLP Payroll and Business Services departments to drive business development and client growth
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all aspects of the role

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fee-based environment, with a commercial focus and ability to make informed decisions
  • Strong knowledge of workplace pensions, auto-enrolment, and group death in service
  • Excellent client care and communication skills, with a passion for networking and business development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
