About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Benefits Specialist to join our successful Financial Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business owners, companies, and employers regarding their workplace provisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace pensions, auto enrolment, and group death in service. You will be actively involved in business development activities, working closely with our Payroll and Business Services departments to develop clients' holistic needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of business owners, companies, and employers regarding their workplace provisions
  • Develop and implement workplace pension schemes, auto enrolment, and group death in service
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to clients
  • Collaborate with our Payroll and Business Services departments to develop clients' holistic needs

Requirements

  • DipPFS qualified, potentially working towards chartered status
  • Strong client care skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop others
  • Commercial focus, with experience in a fee-based environment
  • Confidence in meeting regulatory aspects of the role, providing compliant advice and reports
