About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Benefits Specialist to join our successful Financial Planning team at Albert Goodman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business owners, companies, and employers regarding their workplace provisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively involved in business development activities, working closely with the LLP Payroll and Business Services departments to enable development of clients' holistic needs.
  • Manage all levels of workplace requirements, including employee pension schemes, auto enrolment, group death in service, and income protection.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing quality advice and service.

Requirements

  • People-oriented with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.
  • DipPFS qualified, potentially working towards chartered status.
  • Commercial focus with experience in a fee-based environment and the ability to make informed decisions.
