Location: UK wide coverage

Compensation: Salaried or Day Rate – To Be Discussed

Overview:

Kevin Edward is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and direct projects within the Railway sector. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects progress smoothly from the design phase through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct factory witness tests and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with both the end customer and internal teams.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management within the industry is essential.
  • Railway knowledge and experience are highly desirable.
  • Strong technical background, ideally supported by a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with VAB in the UK to ensure compliance with railway standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and customers.
  • Commercial acumen is a must, along with a willingness to travel to customer sites and European factories.
  • Proficiency in English and French is advantageous, though not mandatory.
