Regional Sales Manager

We are thrilled to present an opportunity for you to become a part of our team as a Regional Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Regional Sales Managers. This is a home-based position covering a diverse area, including the M62 Corridor, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, and The Lake District. This role is full-time and permanent, typically operating Monday to Friday (with exceptions for trade shows or customer weekend events, totaling 40 hours), and offers a competitive salary.

As our Regional Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on cultivating robust relationships with clients while driving sales and growth in your designated sector, in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet sales targets for revenue, volume, and margin through proactive account management in both passenger and commercial vehicle sectors
- Engage directly with clients in assigned accounts to fulfill negotiated agreements
- Inform clients about new product/service launches and pricing
- Promote and sell a range of technical and non-technical products and services to both existing and prospective customers
- Recognize and convert sales leads within defined territories
- Establish and nurture relationships with workshop owners and key distributor stakeholders
- Manage and participate in hospitality and trade show events as necessary
- Provide market intelligence feedback
- Support the House of Brands strategy by collaborating across available brands
- Offer cross-territory support when needed
- Operate within sales programs to achieve company goals
- Conduct business development meetings to assess performance by product group and leverage programs and promotions to enhance margins and increase volumes
- Ensure the availability of products to installers and consumers across designated sales areas
- Maintain accurate account information and records using Salesforce and Phocas
- Ensure customer compliance with application data through training
- Uphold credit control and adhere to company systems and controls
- Collaborate with internal departments and the broader team to meet key objectives
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and numerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Phocas
- Positive and proactive communicator
- Adaptable and flexible
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in delivering presentations and training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket
- A degree or equivalent qualification
