About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Kaminsky Consulting. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our HR Manager and H&S Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Support: Assist our recruitment partners, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  2. HR Administration: Review and update job descriptions, coordinate the appointment process for successful applicants, and maintain accurate records.
  3. Employee Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including coordinating training and orientation programs.
  4. HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates, and provide regular reports to management.
  5. Learning and Development: Identify and coordinate learning/training solutions to improve performance across the organization.
  6. HR Systems and Data Management: Utilize HR information systems to access, input, and compile data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  7. Communication and Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, employees, and other HR team members, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  8. Accreditation and Compliance: Assist with renewing accreditations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  9. Training and Development: Manage training programs, including updating the training matrix, organizing and liaising with employees/external companies, and maintaining training certificates/records.
  10. Attendance and Records: Maintain accurate attendance records for toolbox talks, quarterly meetings, CPD, and other training events, obtaining signatures as necessary.
  11. Compliance and Renewals: Track and manage the renewal of assessments, audits, equipment, company documents, and other critical items.
Requirements
  1. CIPD Level 3 (ideally)
  2. Proven work experience in HR
  3. Ability to advise and work with senior members of staff
  4. Personable with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities across all levels of the organization
  5. Driven and determined
  6. Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
