Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations issues, and assist with recruitment and induction processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Assist with recruitment and induction processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Contribute to performance management strategies to ensure employee engagement and development.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in HR project work as required to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies to minimize risk and ensure a positive employee experience.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Property industry.
  • Excellent understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving to drive business improvement and growth.
