Hearing Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Audiologist to join our team at Amplifon Group. As a key member of our audiology team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and audiology services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Care and Service Delivery: Provide professional, courteous, and high-quality service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Staff Management and Development: Manage the clinic with the support of a Customer Care Coordinator, including staff management, training, and development.
- Commercial Objectives and Compliance: Ensure that the team meets commercial objectives, adheres to internal and legal guidelines, and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Travel and Relocation: Travel within the area as required, and be eligible for relocation assistance.
- Commercial Experience: Proven commercial experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of commercial objectives and compliance.
- Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy and ability to use relevant software and systems.
- Driving License: Full driving license and ability to travel within the area.
