Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and audiology services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer hearing tests, assess client needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Provide aftercare services, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes.
- Manage the clinic, including staff supervision and ensuring a high-quality service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, local communities, and other clinicians.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, including HCPC regulations.
- Meet commercial objectives and customer needs by effectively managing the clinic diary.
- Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) to planned levels, addressing areas of underperformance with timely action plans.
Requirements
- Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC.
- Exceptional customer care and service standards.
- Commercial sensitivity and strong analytical skills.
- Strong computer literacy and organizational abilities.
- Action-oriented and effective communication style.
- Numerate and able to work efficiently with time.
- Drive and tenacity, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications
- Full driving license.
- Proven commercial experience.
