Amplifon is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our centralized support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide centralized customer engagement through telephone and digital communication tools, scheduling appointments and promoting products to customers and prospects.
- Generate revenue by scheduling appointments and promoting add-on products to customers and prospects.
- Regularly review the clinic customer database to identify appointment opportunities and increase clinic performance.
- Personalize welcome calls for new and existing customers to maximize attendance and drive revenue.
