Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Quantum Division, specializing in construction disputes. As a key member of our team, you will work on complex projects, providing expert advice and analysis to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory services to clients on contractual and dispute-related matters
  • Forensically analyze large datasets, presenting findings in clear reports
  • Support Quantum expert witnesses with analysis and report drafting
  • Gather information on disputes and provide strategic advice
  • Develop and pursue claims up or down the supply chain
  • Conduct Quantum Forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documentation
  • Liaise with client management and legal teams
  • Coach and mentor junior staff
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Experience with complex projects and contracts
  • Knowledge of common contracts such as NEC, JCT, and FIDIC
  • Proficiency in relevant applications and technologies
  • Experience working with legal professionals
  • Strong report writing and analytical skills
  • Clear motivation for a career in construction disputes
  • Strong client-facing skills
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in a relevant construction subject
  • MRICS, MInstCES, CICES, or equivalent qualification
  • Master's degree in Construction Law and Disputes (advantageous)
