Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, who will be responsible for developing and managing a permanent desk within Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in 360 recruitment, with a strong understanding of the Health & Social Care sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities sectors.
- Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
- Candidate Excellence: Source, screen, and manage candidates with a focus on creating positive experiences for all parties.
- 360 Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends and developments, providing clients and candidates with informed, expert advice.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Solid 360 recruitment experience within the Health & Social Care sector, particularly in managing permanent desks in Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
- Exceptional Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, enabling you to build trust and drive successful outcomes.
- Independent & Collaborative: Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team.
- Results-Driven: Proactive approach and focus on delivering exceptional service, driving you to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
