About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at SSG Recruitment Partnerships. As a key member of our Health & Social Care division, you will be responsible for developing and managing a permanent desk within Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities sectors, utilizing your strategic thinking and industry insights to drive growth.
  • Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and delivering bespoke solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Candidate Excellence: Source, screen, and manage candidates with a focus on creating positive experiences for all parties, ensuring the right match every time.
  • 360 Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends and developments, providing clients and candidates with informed, expert advice that sets you apart from the competition.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: You have solid 360 recruitment experience within the Health & Social Care sector, particularly in managing permanent desks in Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
  • Exceptional Skills: Your communication and negotiation abilities are top-notch, enabling you to build trust and drive successful outcomes.
  • Independent & Collaborative: You thrive when working independently but are equally effective as part of a team.
