Job Description

Success Talent is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our online trading team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Online Trading Manager in the planning and execution of e-commerce trading across our international websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain planning documents for the online trading calendar in line with campaign briefs and site merchandising.
  • Analyse data from Google Analytics and produce reports to identify opportunities for maximising sales.
  • Monitor bestsellers & on-site trends across our international sites, identifying reasons for performance and key opportunities.
  • Manage briefs and Jira tickets for homepage and content updates, liaising with the creative team to ensure handover dates are on track.
  • Create homepage updates via HTML and manage content spots across website, with support from the Online Admin Assistant.
  • Work closely with the Online Admin Assistant to monitor product launch and ensure products are localised.
Requirements
  • International websites online trading experience.
  • Experience working on non-English language sites, ideally German website or German speaker.
  • CMS experience, ideally Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail e-commerce environment.
