E-Commerce Manager

Penguin Ventures, the licensing and consumer product division of Penguin Random House Children's UK, is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager to drive the growth of our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to ensure a positive online customer shopping experience and effective product placement on Amazon and direct-to-consumer platforms.
- Manage and execute marketing implementation, including AMS campaigns, product catalogue management, and promotional planning.
- Collaborate with licensees to launch new products, online exclusive ranges, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the social and marketing teams to coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing promotional campaigns throughout the year.
- Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships with internal departments and external partners.
- Prior experience in a customer-focused e-commerce, sales, or digital trading role.
- Experience with Amazon Media Services, particularly booking and analysing campaigns.
- Demonstrate ability to build Amazon store fronts and work within Amazon's advertising platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to different teams internally and externally.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify problems, generate solutions, analyse data, and report findings.
- A solid understanding of key e-commerce KPIs with the ability to analyse data and make recommendations for improvements.
