E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager to join our team at RE:NEW. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and maintenance of our Shopify Plus websites, ensuring an exceptional online experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our CEO and Head of Marketing to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive website performance and user engagement.
- Optimise our Shopify Plus websites to create immersive and seamless customer journeys that boost conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Oversee the operation and trading of both B2B and B2C websites, ensuring new and existing products, content, and marketing assets are fully optimised.
- Lead the launch of new e-commerce platforms, such as TikTok Shop and/or Amazon Shop, and spearhead continuous website improvements.
- Manage on-site merchandising to ensure the commercial success and smooth operation of all digital touchpoints.
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- A solid understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles, with proven experience in driving website optimisation and improving user experience.
- Experience launching and managing platforms like TikTok Shop and Amazon Shop.
- Strong analytical skills to measure, track, and optimise site performance.
