Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 8 A&D Specification Sales Managers, providing coaching and development opportunities, and driving sales performance to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, including regular 1:1 meetings and joint client visits.
- Oversee multiple commercial projects, ensuring the team tracks and wins specifications with architects, interior designers, and design practices.
- Nurture relationships with key decision-makers within the A&D community, including architects, project managers, and interior designers.
- Deliver CPD presentations, Lunch & Learns, and client engagement activities to support team development.
- Track team performance using KPIs and sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies based on data insights.

The company offers a competitive salary, up to £90,000, with an uncapped OTE of £150,000. The package also includes a company car, 9% pension, BUPA private healthcare, and life assurance.
