Position Overview

A prestigious global legal organization that champions diversity and inclusion, with a strong emphasis on a people-oriented approach, is seeking a Lead CRM Specialist to enhance their Digital team.

In a dynamic and innovative environment, you will be responsible for two primary facets of this position. Firstly, your focus will be on routine operations, which will encompass training and developing other departments in CRM practices, alongside data management and analysis.

The second aspect of your role will involve engaging in various CRM initiatives, which may include system configuration adjustments, enhancing user interaction, or modifying data sets.

Reporting directly to the CRM Manager, this position offers a flexible working arrangement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily data operations
  • Serving as the primary contact for all CRM-related inquiries regarding processes and platform modifications
  • Collaborating with the digital marketing team and other business units to ensure optimal data quality and streamlined processes
  • Contributing to the long-term CRM strategy

To qualify for this position, you should possess:

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably InterAction, though this is not mandatory
  • A solid understanding of the technical components of CRM and the integration of CRM data with other data sources
  • Experience in managing straightforward projects
  • The capability to propose process enhancements and innovative ideas
  • A foundational understanding of GDPR and PECR in relation to marketing data and consent
