About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analysis Manager to lead our data science team at PragmatIC Semiconductor. As a key member of our Technology team, this individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of analysis tools and dashboards for viewing data, performing detailed analysis on electronic test data, and providing training and promoting data science best practices to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a small team of data scientists, driving their continuous professional development to meet current and future objectives.
  • Develop and maintain software tools & dashboards for data analysis, ensuring tool uptime and suitability for purpose. Develop a roadmap for tools.
  • Perform analysis of electronic measurement data.
  • Develop and lead a data analysis training program for engineers and scientists across the technology department.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, contributing to the development of PragmatIC Semiconductor's data analysis strategy.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Degree in Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Ideally some leadership experience, or a strong desire to be a people manager.
  • Experienced user of one or more of: R, Python, or Tableau.
  • Experience writing SQL queries to access data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with Git or related tools for version control.
  • Experience in Test Data Analysis and documentation in the form of comprehensive validation reports.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and progress multiple projects simultaneously.
