Role Overview: Due to an internal promotion, our client in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Senior Financial Analysis Manager to play a pivotal role in financial reporting and forecasting. This position focuses on enhancing systems to standardize and improve reporting across the organization.

Technological Advancements: The company has made significant investments in advanced AI tools and system upgrades, enabling you to contribute valuable insights to the department.

Ideal Candidate: This role is suited for a driven individual aiming for rapid progression into senior management. The successful candidate will possess the intelligence and determination to identify solutions and implement innovative ideas, along with experience in managing senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and finalize financial reporting cycles, including month-end forecasts and five-year plans.
  • Review month-end, forecast, and ad hoc deliverables to ensure precision.
  • Support the implementation of Pricing and Margin Management, utilizing a Risk toolkit to better comprehend inflation and associated risks.
  • Develop a Capex Stretch & Commitment toolkit to enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Manage the treasury payment system.
  • Assist in refining the aged debtors tracking process.
  • Engage in systems development projects, including AI initiatives, to enhance the capabilities of the Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Qualifications: Candidates should be fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA and have experience in large, complex organizations.
