Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The One Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to play a key role in the financial planning and analysis within the group function. This 12-month fixed-term contract will provide an opportunity to work closely with the Financial Controller and contribute to the company's financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business-critical special projects requiring analytical support and finance leadership;
  • Provide board-level analysis and commentary for the Group's month-end management accounts;
  • Develop and deliver value-added, recurring, and ad-hoc business analysis activities in support of the leadership team;
  • Support M&A activity, including due diligence and execution;
  • Help evaluate the future needs of the business and identify key areas of focus based on the long-term business plan;
  • Support the Group financial planning and forecasting cycles as required;

Requirements:

  • Analyzing and presenting complex problems in the absence of perfect information;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear and concise thought processes, and the ability to lead others to a conclusion;
  • Preparing high-quality financial analysis and reports for key internal stakeholders;
  • Independent thought and the use of initiative to identify and creatively solve problems;
  • Working and engaging with non-finance personnel and managing differing interests;

Desirable Experience:

  • Manufacturing environment with an overhead recovery model;
  • M&A activity: target analysis, due diligence, and deal support/execution;
