Job Title: Internal Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining satisfaction and management of the day-to-day customer account activity, allowing commercial growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records and data to ensure effective communication and sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
