About the Role:
The successful candidate will report to the Customer Experience Manager and will act as the interface between the operational aspects of our organization and the customer, providing bi-directional feedback to ensure excellent customer service is reached.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and Develop Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing contacts within the allocated customer portfolio to determine customer needs, expectations, limitations, and requirements for the purpose of providing customer satisfaction.
- Purchase Order Management: Handle purchase orders from inputting orders into the system to updating orders to reflect any changes, ensuring general order book maintenance.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective communication to ensure customer needs are met.
- Operational Feedback: Provide operational information to customers, ensuring they are informed of any changes or updates that may affect their business.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
