Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our service users.
  • Lead and develop a team of care workers, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining high standards of care and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement business plans to grow the branch and improve service delivery, working closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the efficient use of resources to deliver high-quality care services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a care or healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
