We are seeking an ambitious and committed Advanced Clinical / Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Devon Out Of Hours. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality urgent care to patients, while also improving your career prospects.
As part of our Out Of Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment service, you will work autonomously within your sphere of competency, assessing patients, planning their care, administering treatment, and discharging or referring them to other healthcare professionals via primary care centres and home visits.
You will also be using our electronic prescribing system, working closely with GPs, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses to provide seamless care to our patients.
