Role Summary

MHA is seeking a dedicated and proactive administrator to enhance our national recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will thrive in a vibrant and collaborative environment, working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in various recruitment processes and candidate evaluations.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.
  • Manage the uploading of CVs and interview documentation onto the recruitment platform.
  • Post job advertisements across both internal and external job boards.
  • Keep recruitment email accounts organized and current.
  • Support the Early Careers team during student orientation events.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to student intake.
  • Foster positive relationships with hiring managers.
  • Manage scheduling for interviews as necessary.
  • Coordinate recruitment events aimed at promoting graduate and A-level opportunities.
  • Represent MHA at various student recruitment functions.
  • Assist the recruitment team with national projects.
  • Help the Early Careers Team in organizing assessment centers.

Additional Administrative Support

  • Provide further administrative assistance to the broader recruitment team as required.
  • Perform any other general administrative duties as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong prioritization skills with effective time management capabilities.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
