**Job Title:** Night Care Team Lead - Warm Storage Team
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Night Care Team Lead to join our Warm Storage Team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily management of the warm storage team, ensuring that all customer requests are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Carry out and record start of shift briefs and daily safety meetings, escalating any issues that cannot be dealt with.
- Responsible for the examination, preventative maintenance, and corrective action of customers' CL175 units.
- Ensure unit availability for wheel turning runs.
- Update customer maintenance management systems.
- Manage materials and required parts stock levels.
- Ensure team members work in line with ATC procedures, relevant VMI's, and local instructions.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Traction and Rolling Stock is preferred.
- Demonstrated team management experience.
- Previous experience, involvement, and understanding of rail vehicle maintenance activities.
