About the Role
Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Practitioner to join our Children's Services team. As a key member of our Locality Team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of children, visiting families and completing direct work with children to understand their views and lived experiences.
- Chair multi-agency meetings and liaise with a range of other professionals to support our most vulnerable children.
- Develop and implement effective interventions to improve outcomes for children and families.
- Provide high-quality assessments and reports, and contribute to the development of our service.
