About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef Manager to join our team at B&I. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures to meet customer demands and exceed expectations.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, menu innovations, and culinary best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
