Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored, professional, and empathetic service to clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Work collaboratively with other teams within the business to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Support the team's risk and control activities to ensure good client outcomes and risk management culture.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Hargreaves Lansdown's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
