Helpdesk Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Helpdesk Consultant to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Limited. As a Helpdesk Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and virtual chats
  • Resolve client queries and concerns related to our investments, products, and services
  • Deliver a tailored, professional, and empathetic level of service at every interaction
  • Support the team's risk and control activities to ensure good client outcomes and risk management culture
Requirements:
  • Be results-driven and motivated by performance
  • Able to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
