Helpdesk Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Helpdesk Consultant to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown. As a Helpdesk Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance on our investments, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored, professional, and empathetic support to clients via phone, email, or virtual chats.
- Solve complex client queries on HL's investments, products, and services.
- Work collaboratively with other teams within the business and external companies.
- Support the team's risk and control activities to ensure good client outcomes and risk management culture.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, resilient, and thrives under pressure. You will possess excellent communication skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
