About the Role

The Southbank Centre is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Learning and Engagement Coordinator to join our Culture team on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering our Strategic Objectives and supporting the mission, aims, and objectives of the Culture team's work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective day-to-day support to the Culture team in the planning, delivery, and smooth running of projects, training, and events.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to engage and inspire our diverse audience.
  • Work closely with the Head of Culture, Internal Communications & Engagement Manager, and Learning & Development Manager to achieve team objectives.
  • Support the coordination of events, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, partners, and external organizations.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a HR team, Education, or as an Administrator, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other digital tools, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
