About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at The Orchards Community, a Baptcare Residential Aged Care facility in Doncaster East, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Record consumer outcomes and participate in the continuous improvement cycle at the home.
  • Build relationships with families and other agencies/stakeholders to improve life for consumers in care.
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care.
  • Minimum of 12 months working experience in an Aged Care facility.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for working in Aged Care.
  • Excellent attention to detail, honesty, and reliability.
  • Positive and flexible attitude.
