We are seeking a Service Manager proficient in vendor oversight, contract negotiations, and the delivery of cost-efficient services, while effectively mediating between clients and vendors to enhance operational productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Supplier Service and SLA Evaluations.
- Analyze and forecast operational budget expenditures and anticipated demand.
- Manage license quantities.
- Generate Purchase Orders, Requisitions, and related documentation.
- Assess vendors/bidders and perform technical evaluations of proposals.
- Incorporate terms into vendor agreements to guarantee superior levels of Service Delivery.
- Maintain a comprehensive contracts and services database to support management reporting.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at data enhancement and value creation across functions and groups.
- Document and uphold pricing and charging frameworks to mitigate cost escalations.
- Support Cyber Security and Connected Vehicle Management initiatives.
