Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at Bentley Motors. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of top-quality parts from suppliers, driving quality improvements, and supporting complex Supplier Quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality planning tools to meet project targets, including lessons learned, risk assessments, and reporting of QTR activities.
  2. Achieve quality targets on pre-series and series vehicles, driving actions and identifying risks.
  3. Drive supplier improvement initiatives, monitor supplier performance measures, and support the supplier nomination process.
  4. Provide support to the Supplier Quality Manager as required, contributing to key deliverables and operational activities.

Requirements:

  1. Significant experience and knowledge of engineering across multiple commodities or as a specialist in one commodity.
  2. Automotive supplier quality management experience, either at a supplier or OEM, with a strong track record of success.
  3. Knowledge of quality techniques and tools such as statistical process control, process capability, and APQP.
  4. Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or HNC/HND with extensive relevant experience.
