Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Are you a seasoned quality professional looking for a challenging opportunity to drive supplier improvement and deliver top-quality parts? We are seeking a talented Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at Bentley Motors, a leading global automotive company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality planning tools to meet project targets, including risk assessments and reporting of QTR activities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to achieve quality targets on pre-series and series vehicles, identifying risks and driving actions.
  • Drive supplier improvement initiatives, monitor supplier performance measures, and support the supplier nomination process.
  • Provide support to the Supplier Quality Manager as needed, contributing to key deliverables and operational activities.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in engineering across multiple commodities or as a specialist in one commodity.
  • Proven expertise in automotive supplier quality management, either at a supplier or OEM.
  • Knowledge of quality techniques and tools, including statistical process control, process capability, and APQP.
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or HNC/HND with extensive relevant experience.
