Jubilee Lodge is a 75-bed care home situated in the stunning Cotswold village of Bourton-on-the-Water. We offer dementia, nursing, intermediate, and respite care in a comfortable, homely setting.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced carer or senior carer to lead a small team of people to deliver outstanding care to our residents. You will be responsible for planning and implementing care plans, ensuring the wellbeing of our residents, and supporting the Home Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Plan and implement care plans through continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Manage time effectively to support the team and ensure resident wellbeing
  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a residential care setting
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or willingness to study for it
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others
  • Confident in taking charge and using initiative to resolve problems
