HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Coulter Elite Resourcing. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing bespoke HR documentation support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting employment documentation for clients, including contracts and handbooks.
  • Providing timely and efficient service to clients, addressing their HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Guiding clients on employment law and HR matters, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest legislation.
  • Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building.
Requirements:
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dynamic and flexible approach, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
