We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Coulter Elite Resourcing. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that their HR needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting Employment Documentation: You will be responsible for creating bespoke HR documentation for our clients, including employment contracts, policies, and handbooks.
- Client Servicing: You will provide timely and efficient support to our clients, ensuring that their HR needs are met with a high level of service.
- HR Enquiries: You will guide our clients on all employment law and HR-related enquiries, providing expert advice and support.
- Rapport Building: You will build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with us.
- Legislation Updates: You will stay up-to-date with the latest employment legislation changes, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice and support.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You will be a proactive and creative problem solver, able to think on your feet and provide effective solutions to complex HR issues.
- Professionalism: You will remain professional in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
- Flexibility: You will have a dynamic and flexible approach, able to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with us.
- HR Knowledge: You will have a good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice and support.
- Business Development: You will have an enthusiasm for generating new business referrals, helping to drive growth and success for our company.
- Learning and Development: You will be able to learn, research, and interpret law quickly and effectively, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice and support.
- Prioritization: You will be able to prioritize tasks and work unsupervised as required, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
